18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

FindMyAsianCams is a Chaturbate partner site. We display live rooms that broadcasters have opted to make available to partner sites via the Appear on Network Sites setting in their Chaturbate broadcaster dashboard. We do not produce, host, or primary-publish any visual content.

Chaturbate is the primary producer and records custodian

All video and photographic content accessible through FindMyAsianCams is produced, broadcast, and hosted by Chaturbate. Chaturbate verifies every performer's age before allowing them to broadcast and maintains all records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations (28 C.F.R. § 75). The designated records custodian is published on Chaturbate's own 2257 compliance page.

FindMyAsianCams's role under 2257

Under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c), entities that act purely as secondary distributors of content produced and records-kept by a primary producer are not themselves producers. FindMyAsianCams fits that definition: every performer shown here was verified and records-kept by Chaturbate before any broadcast reached our feed. Accordingly, 2257 record-keeping obligations rest with Chaturbate.

Reporting suspected underage content

Chaturbate has live moderation staff, the age-verification records, and the technical ability to remove any stream immediately. Reports about a suspected underage broadcaster must therefore be filed with Chaturbate's Trust & Safety team — see Chaturbate's abuse-reporting page for the direct form. Reports sent to FindMyAsianCams or to our hosting provider cannot be acted on because we do not control the stream.

Performers: stop appearing on partner sites

Chaturbate broadcasters can remove themselves from partner-site display (including FindMyAsianCams) by setting Appear on Network Sites = No in their Chaturbate dashboard. Chaturbate itself warns in that setting that turning it off will significantly reduce viewers, because partner sites are a large share of incoming traffic.
